YOGA FOR STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY

This all level class will focus on yoga postures and simple Pilates defining core strength and flexibility. Instruction in standing and seated poses, simple twists and seated meditation using breath and awareness throughout. Leave feeling focused, less stressed and strong in the mind and body.
