Community Concert Series – Performer Information
WELCOME TO MONONA TERRACE COMMUNITY CONCERT SERIES!
As part of our Mission Statement, Monona Terrace is a customer-focused facility that serves as a community-gathering place. To fulfill this commitment, we provide free or inexpensive programming accessible to all in Madison and Dane County.

Dane Dances! is not a Monona Terrace produced event. Monona Terrace has no influence on their band selection. Please visit danedances.org for more information.
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Monona Terrace proudly presents a variety of talented and diverse performers at our community concerts each year. Band evaluation is based on the following criteria:
- Talent and diversity of the band
- Performance must be suitable for all ages
- Band’s past community concert experience
- Event sponsor’s preference
- Band’s fan base in the Dane County Area
Not for bands that are trying to break into the Madison music scene.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications will be accepted on a continuous basis. In order to be considered for a performance opportunity, a completed application, demo, promotional material, and stage diagram must be received. Due to the large number of applications received, only those bands that will be offered contracts will be contacted.
SOUND
Monona Terrace will provide an audio system (includes: band microphones, monitors, speakers, and soundboard), along with two audio technicians.
