We’re following Public Health Madison & Dane County’s Emergency Order, which monitors important public health metrics to determine the size of events that can be held. As of March 10, Emergency Order No. 14 is in effect and will be until April 7.

Order No. 14 has several changes, some of which include indoor gathering limits and face mask requirements.

Wedding Venues and Coronavirus

Much has changed since the onset of COVID, but one of the events to be hit hardest on a global scale is undoubtedly weddings and venue reception halls. We provide a dedicated Event Coordinator to help you with every detail and question, allowing you to focus on your guests and relish in the excitement of being together with your loved ones again.

Per Public Health Madison & Dane County’s Emergency Order, the following guidelines are in place.

Indoor Wedding Venue

  • A gathering inside where food or drink is offered or provided is limited to 150 individuals or less, not including employees.*
  • A gathering inside where food or drink is not offered or provided is limited to 350 individuals or less, not including employees.*

Individuals still must maintain six feet of physical distancing and wear face masks indoors.*

Outdoor Wedding Venue

  • A gathering outside is limited to 500 individuals or less, not including employees.*

Individuals still must maintain six feet of physical distancing. Face masks are required outdoors if there are more than 50 individuals in attendance.*

Please note, face masks are now required to reflect the guidance of the CDC. The CDC considers face masks to be two or more layers. Certain items are excluded, including bandanas, ski masks, and single-layer neck gaiters.
