General COR Information | Monona Terrace

The rooftop, including Lake Vista Café, will be closed to the public between 4:30-5:30 pm.
Please arrive early to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and gain access to the rooftop. Gates open at 5:30 pm and concerts starts at 7 pm.
Upon rain call, ticket holders will receive an email if concert is moved inside or canceled due to inclement weather.
If we should reach capacity, your ticket does not guarantee entry, but will allow you priority status IF you arrive before 7pm.
You may check-in using virtual ticket on mobile device, or by using the name of the person who secured the ticket(s).
Feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chair; seating and shade on the rooftop is limited.
Picnic baskets are welcome. Sorry, no carry in alcohol (By law, this includes non-alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content greater than 0.0%.). Food and beverage will be available for purchase at Lake Vista Café and cash bars will open starting at 5:30 pm. No smoking or vaping on the rooftop of Monona Terrace.
Pets are not allowed on the rooftop of Monona Terrace. Service animals are always permitted on the rooftop and must be under the control of their handler.

All bags will be checked by a security representative. This includes: food bags, food coolers, chair bags, etc. Guests should be prepared to open their bags for inspection and may be asked by a security representative to shift and possibly remove contents.
Contactless walk-thru security screenings will be in place. For the safety of everyone at Concerts on the Rooftop, all persons will walk through a metal detector or be screened with a hand-held metal detector to search for prohibited items (no weapons or alcohol allowed). Guests may return items to their vehicle or surrender to security without return.
