Sue Trace and Laura Nyquist are both retired occupational therapists and have taught line dance at various venues around the Madison area. Sue’s experience spans over ten years including teaching at MSCR and outside on tennis courts during the pandemic.

Kick up your boots and join us for lakeside line dancing! Line dance enthusiasts Sue Trace and Laura Nyquist will lead you through a fun and relaxed class, teaching some popular beginner country line dances. You will learn step patterns that repeat throughout each song. No experience needed!

Be sure to wear comfortable gym shoes, clothing, and confidence!

Manisha Bhargava
Manisha Bhargava is a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach, a Radical Remissions cancer coach, an E-500 Hatha yoga teacher, and a Bollywood dance-fitness instructor. A professional Indian dancer, she has performed extensively and was an empaneled artist with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations. She combines her diverse expertise and passion to create experiences that are uplifting, energizing, and joyful.

WERQ is a cardio dance fitness class that uses pop and hip-hop music to provide an intense and fun workout without the feeling of a traditional workout. Classes are designed to be accessible for all fitness levels, with an emphasis on joyful movement. A typical class includes a warm-up, a series of choreographed routines, and a cool-down stretch.
