Did you know Monona Terrace hosts one of the only lakeside restaurants in all of Madison? Dine and drink while enjoying spectacular Lake Monona views at the Lake Vista Café, located at the Monona Terrace’s William T. Evjue Rooftop Garden in downtown Madison, Wisconsin. The cafe is open for the summer, and boasts a menu full of great food, summer drinks, and even our very own private label wine.
What are the Lake Vista Cafe hours?
Lake Vista Cafe is open Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. May through September. The Cafe offers outdoor seating, and is closed in inclement weather.
What type of food is served at Lake Vista Cafe?
The Café offers casual to gourmet fare, including appetizers such as Goat Cheese Potato Cakes and Cauliflower Fritters. On the menu you will find a variety of salads, sandwiches, desserts, and entrees, such as West African Peanut Buddha Bowl with Jerk Chicken or Tofu, and Thai Coconut Curry Noodle. From light and refreshing to warm and comforting, there is an option for everyone.
Does Lake Vista Cafe serve alcohol?
Frozen margaritas, sangria, bloody marys and even Wisconsin’s favorite “Spotted Cow” are all featured on the Lake Vista Cafe drink menu. Try our Monona Terrace private label Rising Shores wine, made in Rutherford, California. The wine is available in Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
