Sprite Sculpture with Baton and Pedestal

Frank Lloyd Wright designed Midway Gardens (1913 - 1914) in Chicago, IL as an outdoor entertainment complex. Flanking the structure were many sculptural objects designed by Wright and executed by Alphonso Ianelli. This garden sprite measures 31" x 7" x 6" and weighs 41 lbs. The base measures 8.5" x 11" x 11" and weighs 37 lbs. The sprite itself is a dry cast mix which includes acrylic additives, stainless steel cable and tiny chopped glass fibers for increased strength and durability. It is cast in frost-resistant concrete. Due to the nature of this item, it takes 3 - 4 weeks to ship.
