Monona Terrace is truly the product of our community.  It was approved and built with public support, and proudly serves as a popular community gathering place for events and celebrations.  This simply would not be the case without our crew of dedicated volunteers and docents who logged in over 1,100 hours last year alone!  Join our volunteer team and together we can ensure the ongoing success of Frank Lloyd Wright’s “dream civic center”.

• Give tours of the building to adult and student groups from around the world
• Facilitate in-school architectural workshops
• Assist with educational architecture programs at Monona Terrace

• Small and large project-based position in community events, tourism, marketing and public relations

• Summer internship: January interviews; minimum 35 hours per week
• Spring internship: September interviews; minimum 15 hours per week
• Fall internship: April interviews; minimum 15 hours per week
