The nationally recognized "Box City" curriculum is a companion piece to the Community Design Workshop and provides a framework for Terrace Town classroom activities.
Box City was created by the Center for Understanding the Built Environment (CUBE). It has been used successfully in cities from Washington D.C. to San Francisco, and has been recognized for excellence by the American Institute of Architects, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
"Ultimately, communities that work for kids work for everyone."
- Ginny Graves, Director of CUBE
